Lafayette Avionics, Inc. Installation Policy
Each particular aircraft may require additional labor, repairs, alterations, or parts not included in the estimate.
Payment is to be made by check or wire transfer. Payment by credit card, debit card, or Paypal adds a 3% processing fee.
A $1,000.00 deposit is required to retain a time slot. If there is a price increase from equipment manufacturers or inflationary business costs after an estimate has been given to the customer and before the equipment has been ordered, the estimate will increase by the same amount. Equipment is to be paid in full before the installation begins. The balance will be due upon completion and before delivery.
If the installation is canceled by the customer after equipment has been ordered and invoiced by the vendor to Lafayette Avionics, Inc., vendor required restocking fees will be paid with the customer’s $1,000.00 deposit. If any of the deposit is left after paying vendor required restocking fees, it will be reimbursed to the customer by Lafayette Avionics, Inc. company check.
