Each particular aircraft may require additional labor, repairs, alterations, or parts not included in the estimate.

Payment is to be made by check or wire transfer. Payment by credit card, debit card, or Paypal adds a 3% processing fee.

A $1,000.00 deposit is required to retain a time slot. Equipment is to be paid in full before the installation begins. The balance will be due upon completion before delivery.

If the installation is canceled by the customer after equipment has been ordered and invoiced by the vendor to Lafayette Avionics, Inc., vendor required restocking fees will be paid with the customer’s $1,000.00 deposit. If any of the deposit is left after paying vendor required restocking fees, it will be reimbursed to the customer by Lafayette Avionics, Inc. company check.
