Each particular aircraft may require additional labor, repairs, alterations, or parts not included in the estimate.
Payment is to be made by check or wire transfer. Payment by credit card, debit card, or Paypal adds a 3% processing fee.
A $1,000.00 deposit is required to retain a time slot.
The installation start date and finish dates are not set in stone. I am a one man shop and am often running behind.
If equipment prices are changed by the manufacturer, they will be adjusted accordingly. Economic inflation on parts, etc., will also make the cost go up. I am scheduled out so far in advance that it is unlikely that the estimated pricing will be current when the aircraft is dropped off for the installation.
Equipment is to be paid in full before the installation begins. The balance will be due upon completion and before delivery.
If the installation is canceled by the customer after equipment has been ordered and invoiced by the vendor to Lafayette Avionics, Inc., vendor required restocking fees will be paid with the customer’s $1,000.00 deposit. If any of the deposit is left after paying vendor required restocking fees, it will be reimbursed to the customer by Lafayette Avionics, Inc. company check.
